The Black Swan Restaurant

Situated in the village of Beckingham, 5 miles east of Newark, the Black Swan Restaurant has been run by Trudy Hallam and Nick Winter since the late 1990s.

The restaurant offers French and Modern English cuisine of the highest standard. Head chef, Nick Winter, is a fully qualified, self-taught chef with 15 years experience utilising new and innovative techniques from around the world.


The Staff

I have worked at the Black Swan as a waiter for the last two and a half years, but will soon be leaving as I move to London.
