Chocolate

Chocolate is made from the fermented, roasted, and ground seeds taken from the pod of the tropical cacao tree, Theobroma Cacao The tree is native to lowland tropical South America but is now cultivated throughout the tropics. The seeds have an intense bitter taste, and must be fermented to develop the chocolate flavor.

Part of the pleasure of eating chocolate is due to the fact that its melting point is slightly below human body temperature: it melts in the mouth. Chocolate intake has been linked with release of serotonin in the brain, which produces feelings of pleasure.

Give Me Your Chocolate

Who doesn't like chocolate? Ok I know there are some people but I think they're lying... everyone like chocolate sometimes!

I'm not addicted to chocolate like some people I could name; I don't even buy it that often; but come Easter or another chocolate related time I pig out as much of the next person.

Mmmmmmmmmm, chocolate.

It is my firm belief that the best chocolate comes from Switzerland. This view may be slightly biased because I'm half swiss, but seriously, if you have never tried REAL Swiss chocolate then make sure you do. It outdoes Cadburys crap by miles!
